ABOUT US

Westhall Estates was established in 2006 by Matt Sutton, a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ property company experience, and is based in Thame, Oxfordshire.

In 2013 Chris Sutton joined the company from Lloyds Banking Group and was appointed as a director. Chris brings with him over 25 years experience in the financial services sector.

The company has established several joint ventures to date:

• Blakelands LLP with Sea-Ex Ltd;
• Brunel Securities LLP with Kellafran Ltd;
• Takeley LLP with C F Day Ltd, Day Contractors Ltd and R A Piercy (Building Contractors) Ltd; and most recently
• A development management partner agreement with W Lamb Ltd.

All of Westhall Estates’ joint venture partners are long-established, private property companies which provide substantial equity funding to enable them to acquire sites with cash and thereby move quickly for the right opportunity.

The agreed strategy is to create high quality, modern, attractive premises primarily for freehold purchase, in a range of sizes and and a specification which addresses companies’ operational requirements.
