Site Requirements for our Commercial Property Development & Investment activities


We actively seek to acquire sites from 2 acre upwards, with or without planning, in established employment locations in the South East of England, and capable of supporting 30,000 sq ft + of new-build industrial / commercial development.

In addition, we will consider existing buildings capable of refurbishment and/or break-up, whether vacant or with short-term income, but preferably with additional land for development. Immediate cash funds are available for the purchase of sites and we will always seek to achieve swift and hassle-free transactions.

The company also has substantial experience in promoting strategic land for employment purposes through the planning process. Upon securing options from landowners, we work with a highly experienced team of experts to enable strategic sites in prime locations to stand the best possible chance of securing planning permission.

We will also undertake joint ventures with third-party landowners, developers and occupiers.

Fees are always available to non-retained agents for valid introductions and we will normally retain introducing agents where appropriate to handle ongoing marketing requirements on our behalf.
